Limited Lifetime Warranty

Ironfist Armament, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase.

• No modifications or alterations
• No misuse, neglect, or improper installation
• No abuse, corrosion, or abnormal conditions
• Excludes normal wear and tear

Professional gunsmith installation is strongly recommended. Warranty is non-transferable.

Firearm Sales Policy (FFL/SOT Compliance)

All sales comply with federal, state, and local laws.

• Must be 21+ to purchase firearms
• Buyer must be legally eligible to own firearms

Online Firearm Purchase Process

1. Verify firearm legality in your area
2. Place order online
3. Select a local FFL dealer
4. Have FFL email license to order@ironfistarmament.com
5. Complete transfer at FFL (background check + ATF Form 4473)
6. Inspect firearm before transfer completion

Shipping Policy

• Firearms ship only to FFL dealers
• Ammunition ships via UPS or approved carrier
• Billing & shipping must match (non-FFL items)
• Orders over $100 require adult signature
• No international sales

Ammunition Policy

• Must be 21+ to purchase ammunition (company policy)
• No returns on ammunition
• Firearms & ammo must be separate orders

Compliance Notice

Firearm laws vary by state and locality. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance before ordering.

Returns & Cancellations

• Firearms cannot be returned after transfer
• Failed background checks may incur restocking fees
• Non-FFL items returnable within 14 days (unused)
• No returns on ammunition
